Travel the world - eating healthy and staying fit - Sep 02,2010 Chris Rea (a fellow Eagle Scout) has traveled for years on the off beaten paths of close to 100 countries all over the world and speaks 5 language to boot. A native of New Jersey he is a wrestling coach at a local college and his passion is travel and fitness. He believes that eating right and staying fit will make your holiday travel more enjoyable because you have more energy to do what you want to do. But eating right and keeping your exercise regiment isn't always easy when you travel. So he’s developed a ‘travelers exercise machine’ and written the book “Great Body the fun way” to share what has helped him. On this program he will talk about the country of Montenegro, how he finds healthy food and still stays fit. He will pass along travel fitness tips and advice concerning the types of food you should look for that is not just good but good for you also.
Montenegro is a small country that declared it's independence from Serbia on May 21, 2006. Chris says its a hidden gem in Southeastern Europe boardering Croatia to the west Bosnia and Herzegovia to the northwest and Serbia to the Northeast. The Southern coast is on the Adriatic Sea.

What would you do for a year in China - buy a chinese dragon sculpture - May 27,2010 My guest for this show is Renee Hannan, she recently came back from a over 2 years in Suzhoe, China with her family. Suzhoe is a community like Greenwich, CT that is about one hour West of Shanghai. Her husband worked for an energy related firm that you will hear more about on the program. While there Renee and her children traveled extensively throughout the area and Renee will share many experiences regarding her trip. Renee is married with three children and her oldest son (a 13 year old twin) is fluent in the language of the area. We will talk about the food, travel, culture, business and history of this fascinating country.
