The Melting Pot question?

Q: I am looking for some info on The Melting Pot restaurant in Sacramento CA. I have heard it's good and me and my husband would like to try it. I tried to look up the web site for prices but all I saw was the menu without prices. What is the average price for dinner for 2 adults? Is it all fondue even the entree? What do you recommend there?

A: Only been once, but not the one in Sac. My wife & i just ordered an appetizer (melted cheeses with breads, might've been some other dipping food stuffs) and dessert (a vat of melted chocolate is a beautiful sight). Ended up being enough for us and it was really good. Don't remember how much, though.

There's some reviews on Yelp.com for the one in Sac, they put the price range in $30-60 a person (price range includes at least an entree, drink, tax & tip).

They don't cost that much, you can start order small dish first then move to dinner menu. It's about $30.00 for two, try it and find out.

Average is 40-60 bucks without drinks. Yes, It's ALL Fondue. I thought it would be exciting too....but when I sat in front of a scolding pot of grease & had to cook my own food...I wasn't that excited about the place anymore! I never went back.
