Is this salary enough to live comfortable and save money in Abu dhabi?

Q: Hi,

I am looking to move to Abu Dhabi.

I have an offer of 240,000 Dhs per annum (20,000 Dhs per month) this includes all accommodationn allowances and transport.

I want to know if

A) This salary is enough to be able to live on (food shopping, rent, etc..)

B) If I am fairly cautious with my spending if I will be able to save a reasonable amount of money each month.

Any help is appreciated!!

A: That's an beautiful package to live with. Even if you spend lavishly you will be able to save atleast 12k to 14k per month. If you are married and with family then you will be saving around 7k to 9k comfortably. Cheers.

Q: I am working in Abu Dhabi. A Company from Qatar gave me an better offer and I plan to take emergency leave a go straight from Abu Dhabi to Qatar. Can I still enter in UAE just in case my employer from Qatar send me in UAE for other project?

A: No you can't. By taking "emergency leave" and not coming back your UAE employer will file an absconding case. Means, you are blacklisted and can't enter the UAE.

Why don't you just fulfill the contract you signed and resign properly? You also may face problems in Qatar having a none cancelled UAE visa.

I have researched online and I have found that there is an animal shelter but I dont know WHERE it is

You can either visit Strays of Abu Dhabi or Friends of Animals DXB. Since you're looking for a shelter based in Abu Dhabi, I'll touch on the Strays of Abu Dhabi Organization. They have a website, and you can also call them at certain timings to check if they have any new cats available for adoption:
