TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Rates listed are per person per night (pppn),
quad occupancy for two adults and two children 7-11 years of age, for travel
11/13/12 through 3/7/13. $95 pppn in the Royal Tower Terrace standard room, $88
pppn in the Coral Tower Terrace standard room, $83 pppn in the Beach Tower
Terrace standard room. Two night minimum stay required. Other rooms and dates
available at higher rates. Add mandatory taxes, levies, fees, service charges
and gratuities from $83 per night. New bookings only from 11/13/12 through
11/26/12. Subject to availability, change, and cancellation without notice. Not
combinable with any other offer not listed at time of offer. Not applicable to
groups.

2. Amazing Value Dining Plan includes breakfast
and dinner only at select restaurants. Breakfast may be redeemed at Marketplace,
Seagrapes, Murrays or Platos and dinner at Marketplace, Seagrapes, Murrays,
Virgil’s BBQ or Café at the Great Hall of Waters. Plans begin with dinner on the
night of arrival and end with breakfast on the day of departure. The mandatory
15% gratuity is not included in the price of either dining plan and will be
automatically posted based on the actual daily dining checks, not the cost of
the plan. All persons sharing a room (adults & children) must purchase the same
dining plan. Guest 12 years and older are considered adults and are required to
purchase the same dining plan as their parents. Children must order from the
kids menu at participating dining plan restaurants. Coffee, tea, milk, fountain
sodas & juices, iced tea, lemonade and fruit punch are included for both
breakfast and dinner. Alcoholic beverages, sports drinks, bottled water and
canned or bottled beverages are not included. New bookings only. Expires on
checkout and no credit will be issued for unused components. No cash value.
Non-transferable. Please check restaurant operating hours for availability as
some establishments may not be open every day. Other restrictions and blackout
dates apply per applicable dining plan. Subject to availability, change, and

time of offer. Not applicable to groups. Amazing Value Dining Plan not available
for Cove, Reef or Harborside. This offer is not available for stays that include
November 20-24, 2012, December 27, 2012 – January 1, 2013, and February 14-17,
2013.

3. $300 air credit requires a 6 night minimum
stay. $200 air credit requires a 4 night minimum stay. Airfare credits are valid
one per room and two bedroom suites are considered one room for the purposes of
this promotion. Double occupancy required. Airfare must be booked for round-trip
travel from US and Canada gateways only by 11/26/12 for travel 9/10/12 through
2/28/13. New bookings only. Blackouts apply for travel 12/26/12 through
12/31/12. Air must be booked and paid at time of hotel booking through
Atlantis.com reservations or via our toll-free telephone number. Cancellation of
hotel will result in cancellation of all associated airline tickets and no
refunds or credit for cancelled airfare will be provided. All passengers must be
booked on the same passenger name record for the same flight and itinerary and
cannot include stopovers. Any airline change fees or rate increases after
ticketing on any tickets are the responsibility of the passengers. This offer is
subject to availability, may be changed or cancelled at any time and may not be
combined with any other air credits. Not applicable to groups.
